Dispatches: Do you know whats in your breakfast?
Having watched a bit of what do y'll eat for breakfast?
It seems that, that some of ceral out there is bad for you as in too much sugars, salt ect...so not as healthy as they make out them out to be. Along with other things that fly the healthy eat me instead. Worth thinking about if your looking to control weight... |

 real butter, lurpak is bloody nice though! Benecol light here, it actuallly tastes nice .

I know what's in mine, pig's anus, testicles, ears, trotters and all form of other slaughterhouse floor sweepings that are lashed into sausages.
Still bloomin' tasty though! |
