Me - fitting Valter Moto rearsets and measuring up for fitting my Gixer thou shock. Will top up the scottoiler, clean and polish the bike and generally faff about with it, much to the disgust of Nobbylass.
What are your plans? |

Checking out which caliper is starting to bind and why? Was going to attempt to get the fuel bowls off and check float heights and for sticky float etc as I have a slight weep from one overflow. But i'll robably wait for carb heater wiring to arrive and do it all the following weekend, especiually as teh fuel bowl screws are mashed up! I'll certainly give it a wash and maybe polish up the front downpipe as it looks manky. Bet I dont bother though.

Figure out why the front ends wibbling a little on the brakes. Maybe make a start on an improved top yoke.
Might manage to get over to hindles house and fit his GSXR front end too.

don't know what i'll do, if anything, this weekend but the list is endless.
1. new rubber f+r. 2. chain crippled. needs replacing. 3. # plate light stuffed again. 4. valve clearances need checking, bit too big a job for me though. 5. the knock on the headstock is developing into more than just a knock. 6. front calipers off and cleaned, again. |
