Sorted... Well Sue the GF is.

Early SV naked no longer needed!! - MrMessy (Derek) has sold us a cracking early SV in black for an undisclosed sum acceptable to Sue and Derek, and I think we've made a couple of new friends in Derek and his nice daughter Francesca.

Made it home safe, in the fog on the back of a trailer, now for a couple of new tyres and a lick and a polish. I'll get Sue to join the forum as you lot know all the stuff we need to know about SV's ( she's not much of an internet fan! ).

A new set of Tyres this weekend - something simple and mid-range, not sporty, more commuter/wet than racetrack.

Not ridden it but sat on it... Seems a lot more fun sized than my VFR truck....Maybe...

Nice one ..... hope she enjoys it .....

re. tyres .... I have to say, I've been pretty impressed (for commuting) with my Dunlops ..... D220's I think ...... nowhere near as bad as I had been told they would be !!!

you can get a set of avon storms on ebay for £163 inc p&p i will be buying some to morrow as my maxxis one are pants

and pics are a must

LOL - she'll shoot me for posting any pics of her..

Current plan is that we're going for a set of BT 020's on Sat - £150, but £20 each to fit ( ride in-ride out ). Will probably just do this as National bike tyres is about 2 miles down the road...
