New Toy.
Pete and I treated ourselves to a new combi microwave/grill/convection oven yesterday.
Had my first play with it tonight, and this is the result.   The meringue has browned a little more than I would have liked, but it cooked so quickly compared to how long my old oven would have taken that it took me a little by surprise! Pete will be happy, he loves lemon meringue. Can't stand it myself!
