Default ZX6R went in for a service and...

Well I took the ZX in for a service which was free as the garage f**ked up, but when I took it in it was apotless and when get it back it's filthy, they called me to say I had a puncher and it would cost me £125 for a new tyre as it's a michelin pilot speed they can't fix it, I said no put some slime in it and bob's your uncle it worked, but it got me thinking did they cause the puncher? I think they may have taken it out but it looks as though they took it scrambling.

Road test after a service are part of it. Every service i have taken my bikes to the bike has been road tested after to check all is ok and put back together properly. would rather they do it and get it a bit dirty than things fall off.

as for the puncture, no way for you to prove if you picked it up on the way or they picked it up on the test ride.

Haha, good shout, it seems like all their bikes in the showroom hall bit need an amount of dirt.

I'd insist that they wash it.

As re puncture, not much you can do - you can't prove it one way or the other.

Do you want to lay off the Arabic & try again in English?

Is this a brand new bike?
whatever, I would have insisted that it didn't have a puncture when I dropped it off so for them to fix it.
& again insist it was washed if it came in clean - I know there's a lot of road salt about that instantly makes the bike filthy - but it's all the more important to get it washed off asap.

Over priced stock,
Most of the bikes are tatty as plowsie has mentioned (Mr VT and I were laughing at one of the bikes covered in duct tape),
