Low revs?
Dont know if this is just a cold weather problem? When bike is started it runs and idles fine but when you pull away or rev the engine it wont go above 3k revs and it sounds muffled? Bikes got new plugs and carb plungers ar'nt sticking either.

If you rev it hard does it die? If yes then drain the carbs and check the fuel tank for water, then check your drain plug in the filler cap and that water is getting out of the pipe on the back, underside of the tank.
