Free standing Punch bag!
does anyone know where to get them ive found loads online but not sure what is best way to get one ?
there are loads with speedballs etc which i dont need i just want a simple frame with a heavy duty bag for the garage. is ebay the best bet? Tom.

I wouldn't fancy lugging one back from town - prolly worth using something like kelkoo or froogle to find the cheapest priced bag you're after then get it delivered?
As for a free standing one - not sure if you could weld/fabricate something together mebbeh?
