Default Oxford Hot Grips .....

... for sale ...

Now I know many have problems, but I can honestly say these have been faultless and do work ........ about 6 months old, but only used for a couple of months old (and only used upto 75% - 100% wasn't needed), and selling as I now have heated jacket and gloves .... so I've no need for them really ...

They are the last of the previous electric push button switch with 4 heat settings .....

I need a few days to get them off .... but I should be able to get this done by the weekend ....

Was thinking £30.00 including postage .....

pm me if interested ... thanks

Hey LK

What do they connect to for power? And how easy are they to put on? Aren't the grips quite a byatch to get off/put on?

You can connect them directly to the battery, or you can wire the live into a wire coming off the ignition and run the earth to the battery. I had my oxford grips directly connected to the battery, this never gave me any problems

Easy to put on; old grips might take a bit of a heave to get off, and you might need to smooth off the throttle tube and remove the lip on the outer end of the throttle tube. But this is no problem

Thats for the help, Alpinestars ...

I connected mine to the negative battery, and positive relay .... so they worked off the ignition ....

I've never had any problems turning them on, or anything .... really easy to fit .... takes maybe an 1 - 1.5 hours max ...
