...have trouble sleeping last night?
I was very tired, but I couldn't get to sleep until about 1 am. I think i fell asleep a few times, but I woke up alot until then it was very annoying |

Kelly - good point! there was no wind though, I had the windows open to try and get some fresh air into the room but no good
Liam - how come you have trouble sleeping? Lots of other people do aswell. Normaly, as soon as the lights are out and my head hits the pillow, im out for the count until about 2:30 am, when i wake up for a drink of water...then back to sleep |

Perhaps you went to bed overtired. It doesn't help. Have a quick bath or a shower before you hit the hay.

No idea. It only really stated since I moved to Peterborough at the end of 2007.
It seems to be during the week mostly as well. So I wonder if it's stress/work related. I'm don't suffer from insomnia. Well... I don't think I do anyway. |
