hi got myself a sv650 yesterday on a 2002 plate and like the look of have the lower fairings put on to it the getting it resprayed does anyone know where i could get fairings and fitting kit this is my first bike and would like to make it lokk smarter ideas welcome please

welcome to the site, Curvy (pre 2003 bikes) lower panels are fairly hard to get, your best bet is to post in the wanted section and to scan ebay m8. There are Suzuki OEM ones and after market ones, if you have the cash you can get em but if you've brought an 02 then you'll be in the mix with a lot of others after a set, you'll be looking for lowers from 99 to 02, anything latter wont fit. Hello.
You can get them new from Banditmania.com and Robinsons Foundary. You can add a discount to a banditmania order by phone by telling them you are a member of this site. They are quite expensive though, about £300 if I remember correctly, but you get the fitting kit all in ready to fit though. And they are properly colour matched. And they look the best IMHO.

Welcome to the .org. Remeber to put your location on the map under the relevant geographical section so that a large group of roudy biker types can crash your pad and drink yer booze.
