ive made a monumental woho - SV650.org

Hi chap i'm absolutely new to biking although ive had a licence for over 10 years, I bought my first bike 2 weeks ago wo bloody who, i bought the wrong bike ive purchased a

yamaha mt-03 and after less than 2 weeks ive part exchanged it for a sv650 (the bike i went out to buy) its currently being serviced and having a fresh mot slapped on, have to wait a week thou as there garage is chocker blocked all week and the weekend

so i cant exchange till tuesday, RAR its killing me, well i thought i would share my story and give you a good old chuckle at my novice mistakes. what makes it worse is i have to drive another 200 miles round trip to pick it up..and i lost 200 squid

Haha! Nice story! But at elast you've corrected your mistake

200 quid can be easily saved if you ride everywhere like a granny, saving you fuel

Welcome to the .org, Tommo - at least you've taken the plunge & got a bike at last!
Enjoy the ( second half of ) your bike-swap ride. You might even want to take the long ride home.
Whatever you think of the SV on first riding it, persevere and you'll soon be in tune with it. They're friendly little things.

the worse part was telling the missus cause i begged her for the extra money proper grovelling i was its ridiculous really..please baby ive always wanted one of them please baby and two weeks in its like yeah babe everybody does it (i think), its all cool it was a present anyway..

lol the mt's not that bad i had one but got rid of it as i wanted a more moddable bike

well its all about the waiting game now maybe if i work really hard at work and deliver targets the time will disappear ooorrr its going to be like one of them christmases that never came soon enough when i was a youngster, who know only time shall tell.
