Selling an SV - SV650.org

Is the SV better sold as standard (i.e. taking all the extras off ) or sold with all the extras left on?

Zuky should be going going gone if not mid season, hopefully by the end and I am debating slapping the bits on for sale now thinking now the season is just getting underway I may get a little more for them. Or will the bike be more saleable with them all left on?

What ya thinks peeps????

Put it back to standard and sell the extras seperately. You wll get more money that way.

All those extras dont add value to the bike, but if a prospective owner likes the modifications you have done it might make it easier to sell.

I sold my SV as it was with all the extra bits on there as I couldnt be bothered putting it all back to standard. So dont listen to me !

better off as standard. i made that mistake when i sold mine. I sold it with exhaust on t o dealer, and went back a week later , the bike had a standard exhaust on it again lol,

extras are personal opinion, the onlything i would leave on would be any crash protection.

Mine came with the stuff on, so it'll be sold with the stuff on.

Not sure when she going ... I won't be stripping her til I know when. And I should know when about 6 months before I sell her. So when the time comes she and her bits will be in for sale section.

But shhhhh don't tell Zuky as last time she thought she was leaving me she spat me up the road .... bad gal !!!
