Someone I know has one of these sitting in a shed, which it has done for the last 15-20 years (at least). Its a fairly tidy example and wants only a few beans for it.
![]() Question is, why do I feel drawn to rescuing a moped from a barn and does anyone have any experience with these? I would imagine it would need a little work to get it running, and then the question is does it get modified or returned to standard? |

As long as it's complete and doesn't need you to go looking for obscure parts for an obsolete moped, why not? As it's a two stroke it couldn't be whole lot simpler whatever's wrong with it.
If you live in town even a 50 can be useful transport.

If it's free and needs less than 100 quid to get it back on the road I'd do it. Anymore and it's time and money down the drain.
