We've just adopted .........................
Oscar from Husky Rescue, around 2 years old and a wonderful dog:
    Why do some people cause such suffering to animals ......

 So they nursed him back to health but unfortunately had to give him up so he went to the Siberian Husky welfare people, we registered last year with them and after vet checks and home visits they deemed us suitable so it was just a waiting game for the right dog to come along as we already have 2 cats. He is an absolute gem, still a tad wary of people but it's early days and i'm sure he'll come out of his shell

Well done, mucho respecto.
Its hard sometimes to take on a dog with history, im glad things are working out for him. Saying that, my sis had a husky when i was about 11 and the f**ker bit me but thats another story
