cutting the old one off took me 2 hours !!! dont laugh........
any wayz i have a few questions

1.) small amount of air leaks at the joints no matter how tight i go is this normal, if not what is consequence?

2.) does exhausts stick out any more. it appears to stick out just as much as my mirrors now and i find it kinda odd.

3.) how to remove baffle on the exhaust. its kept in by a bolt on the end of a thread which is in a very very small place where a spanner is to fat to fit in gap any one got a beowolf can and help me?

Sorry, cant help with the exhaust sticking out, or with the baffle on a beowolf, on my scorpion it was just an allan key bolt on the end to remove mine.

But with the leaking joints, i was told that that it would leak a little until the carbon deposit built up around the joints.

Take a photo of the can so we can see how far it sticks out!

If it leaks at a slip joint, assemble with bathroom silicon. If the slip joint is sloppy then no amount of bogging or tightening will get it right - it needs to be a good fit for best results. Avoid over tightening as this will just mess up the join.
Consequences of leaving it will be ugly black marks, horrible sound (I'm sure you'd prefer just the can) and possible (I dunno - here it is) MOT fail. If the hot gases hit plastic they may also burn holes.

If the can is sticking out excessively, you may have cut the pipe in the wrong spot
