Not the answer you're looking for, but I re-used mine at least ten times with no leaks.
If you lost it, then I'm as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Sorry, Pete ![]()

It's an M12 Crush Washer you need, not sure what it's made of though!

If you buy one online you'll end up paying £0.15 for the part and £4.95 postage.
Get it from a dealer, Suzuki part number (apparently, found by searching SV650.org) is: 09168-12002 Edit: Thread is here http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=73633 Last edited by christopher; 03-04-10 at 06:51 PM. |

They're a quid from a dealer too.
That said, I've never replaced one and never had a leak.

Thanks for the info guys.
I've never replaced it on any of the bikes I've had, but I'm sevicing my bike at college to pass my mechanics course and the tutor is being a git and saying it has to be done 'properly' with new washers etc etc Last edited by SAMMY650; 03-04-10 at 07:56 PM. |

the manuals and what not all tell you to replace the washer every time you change to oil, but i like most people here have not replaced that often. All i would say is inspect the washer for any signs of fatigue or any obvious signs of where and then replace if neccessary, otherwise re-use that baby!
