left hand control moving?

my left control thingy ( start, lights and killswitch) rotates around the bar? i take it its not meant to do this? if not how do you tighten it up? ive tightened the screws on the bottom but its still slipping?????

split it and you'll see a gromet should be on one half to fit in a hole on the handle bar -fit a screw to it and cut to length-will stop it from moving

cheers pal, will do that, this grommet thing must be missing because the whole thing moves quite a lot
