I have the Micron hi-level headers on my 2001 SV650S curvey. Micron made these headers for there own race can and the link pipe is an unusal diameter - 50.8mm or 2.00inch (I'm geussing the dimensions are still the same for your pointy headers). Lots of end cans are 52mm diameter: is this the case with your Scorpion? If so you can get the end of your link pipe swaged out to 52mm diameter to suit the can. I had mine done by JB racing (the company behind Quill exhausts). They didn't charge me as I was buying a Quill silencer at the time, so can't say how much.
