Well, it's that time again

Date : Saturday 3rd July

Meet : The Huntsman & Hounds (venue for AR09 - HERE)

Time : 10:45 Briefing - 11:00 Leave

Route : Some of it you may recognise - other bits maybe not !! One stop planned - good old Finchingfield (again) - approx riding time 3.5hrs

BBQ : The aim is to back here at the house somewhere between 3:00 & 3:30 so we can scoff ourselves silly before heading off to the seafront later.

Due to the fact that numbers have increased every time we've held one of these - those of you who were here for the Shakedown BBQ will have seen that we were very close to absolute capacity - this year we've decided that we have to put a limit on numbers attending & that the only fair way to do this is by asking for definite PM'd replies & when the number is reached we will have to 'close the list'. So, if you would like to join us please let us know as soon as possible.

I'm sorry to have to do things this way but I'd rather ensure that a reasonable number have a really good day, rather than run the risk of leaving it as 'open house' & perhaps running out of space, food, drink etc.

Please do not feel that you need to bring anything with you - but if you'd like to, then as always any contributions will be gratefully accepted.

I'd love to join you all but I have to work that day - so no steak and stilton or lamb and herb burgers I'm afraid.

But we are planning to have a BBQ at our place this summer too.

Oh poo, booked for the 3rd already - running around an airsoft field (well ex RAF base) shooting each other. (Unless my lift drops out as carrying the toys on a bike would be errrr fun LOL)

Well, it seems that despite my fears of us being unable to cope due to numbers increasing each year I've only received a handful of replies from Org-ans saying they'd like to come

No matter - it will still take place & I'm sure that those those who do come will have a good time !
