Refitting fairing lowers? - SV650.org

I read that whole thread about liam Simpson polishing and stripping his whole bike and then decided to take some action on my downpipe. I started to remove the fittings on my left lower fairing then realised I would not be able to remove the screw holding it to the right hand fairing at the bottom due to a lack of a small screwdriver or stand of some sort. I started putting the screws back in but couldn't get the one nearest the front back into the bracket as it didn't want to realign. Do I have to undo all the screws including the one at the bottom to get this back in or am u doing something wrong? Bike is a curvy by the way.

And yes I am a complete numpty when it comes to any sort of DIY

Just losen off all the bolts and jiggle the lower fairing into place. You will do it eventually

Its a barsteward, I know I was doing it this morning
