Default SV Expert wanted

Alright fellas/ladies

After my recent off, the only time its been ridden is by the copper back to my friend's house.

Most of the damage seems cosmetic, mechanically I THINK its fine. Started first time after being picked up off the road and its been started since no issues.

However, going to the AR in a couple weeks, I wondered if anyone close by wouldnt mind giving it a nice once over to just check if anything I (or my mate) havent noticed, or to keep an eye on?

Hoping to be able to ride and have the bike back to my house by end of next week latest.

Especially wanted a second opinion on my chain, sprockets and tyres, which I know are coming up to needing replacement...but no idea how soon.

Any volunteers?

Check all the hoses are on properly, nothing imminantly bad about to happen, that kind of stuff.

I'll be in Enfield on Saturday lunchtime, can spare an hour or so, you're only a couple of miles away, if you get no better offer, give me a shout.

Cheers Mark.

Hi hongman,

I could ride your bike back to your home and check it over for you any evening this week, if you like.

I'm covered third party on other bikes so insurance isn't a problem.

I'm located in south Cambridge, Essex border next to the M11.

PM me your phone number and i'll ring you if interested.

Martin.

Hi Martin

Thanks for the offer, if anything falls through with Mark I will probably take you up on that offer.

The bike is at my buddy's house at the moment with the front end in pieces ready for the new front subframe to go on.

So really I need to at least get all the bits and pieces put back on before anyone rides it. We only live about 5 mins from each other but I'd hate for anyone riding it for me as a favour get pulled!

Plus needs some co-ordination between me and my friend, as he works different days each week and I run my own business, sods law this week looks pretty filled.

Oh, and then there's the wrist

So the plan is:

Find a day Wednesday onwards to get round there to bolt it back together (I say wednesday as I hope I can ride by then) - either with my buddy to help or for him to at least get it out of his garage for me.

Get it home, get someone in the know to check it over.

I'll need to pick up a toolkit as well, if he isnt going to be around long enough for me to use his tools.
