Default S650s - starting problems (F1 Fault)

Hi Guys/Gals

I have bought a S650s recently and modified the Indicators, Air Filter,Plugs,Airbox.. since this i have tried to start my bike with no sucess. it keeps showing a F1 fault. i have checked the Dealer mode and it says -c23 fault. i have checked the Tip Over Sensor and this is working fine. does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing the bike not to start. it does crank but does not start. the fuel pump is working fine. This is a K6 2007 model.
Thanks
Jarrod

GOOGLE FU
c23 Tip over sensor or circuit malfunction The sensor voltage is less than the following for more than8 sec. after ignition switch turns ON. (0.2 V < or = sensor voltage < 4.85 V) Without the above value, c23 is indicated.
problems either
sensor, wiring/coupler connection.

look at the big green block (coupler connector) behind the headstock under the tank, its a git to get to ( do remove the airbox for ease) pm xxbadgerxx he has photos of when his burnt out at gm2 and will advise on a fix
