Default **$£$%@? Parcelfarce!

I bought a wing mirror for my van this week and despite the superb packaging from the seller, it was broken when it arrived yesterday.

I can only presume the game of football they were playing with it went into extra time!

Then I get an Email from a guy that bought a perfectly good set of Gixxer wheels from me earlier this week.

I packed them well! Very well. Tripple wrapped in big bubble wrap, then corrugated cardboard packing, then more bubble wrap and then in a big box.
I then wrote "FRAGILE!" all over the package!
He's just got in touch to say there's a huge flat spot in the rear and three flat spots in the front wheel and its Buckled!

HOW?! How the hell do they do it? Its impossible! Do they go out of their way to do this?

Bloody morons!

If I make a claim the wheels become theirs. So I can't get them fixed and resell them and I lose the postage both ways!

Rant over!

I anticipated a rant over those 'attempted delivery' slips, despite you being sat home waiting all day keeping a vigil; but thats worse.

Stop using parcelforce, UPS is much better.

I've used Parcel monkey for all my big awkward parcels, including a GSXR front wheel

http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/

They collect from where you specifiy and your item is tracked & insured.

Up to 10kg delivered next day for £5.85 plus Vat

Great service and no problems so far

I'll never use Parcelfarce again

We use Drop it, Hide it, Lose it

Not had much trouble with them apart from a lost pair of gazebo feet which was found within a week of reporting missing.

I send about 25 ebay items a day out with Royal Mail and Parcelforce and have never had a problem. We send stuff all over the world and it arrives on time and undamaged, nothing gets lost either.

They must hate you
