Default Naked headlight recommendation?

Just after a bit of advice really.

I'm repairing the bike this weekend, and need to replace the headlight. As much as I like the look of dominators, I want to stick to a standard 7" H4 type, as much of my riding is done in the dark.

So, any ideas on a cheap and easy replacement - realistically, I'm looking for something that would handle wet weather without corroding after a week, that provides good visibility and is easy to fit, taking all that stuff (loom) that needs to be shoved in there.

Link and experience with fitting and use would be appreciated.

TIA.

Try Matts-Yokes, his thread shows what looks like a sound setup:

They won't fit all the connectors and **** in them.

Use stock one IMO, quality of some aftermeerkat ones is very poor. You can use stock from bandit too.

Much to my disappointment, (although I'm sure I'll be pleased to actually receive it) I've ordered an Abba Stand today, which I expect to get tomorrow or Wednesday. Fingers crossed for good weather at the weekend, as I hope to be ready for MOT next week.

I'm getting the soldering gear out tomorrow evening, and will see what I can cobble together with bits I have hanging around. Otherwise, I'll give you a shout.

If I had lots of money to spend and the time, patience and will to hide the wiring, and a car for 'the mean time', I'd maybe punt for this option, but as I don't, I'm not really able to. Also, twin lamps at the front really need a GSXR frount end, and lower 'cafe racer style' bars.

If this one doesn't work, I'll bear you in mind.

Noted. The indy mirrors I inherited from Liam Simpson did not weather well.
