Default waterproof repair

Ok i got a pair of textiles off ebay to match my jacket (anyone want some monsoon textiles btw?) but the muppet before has cut a slit in the waterproof membrane to let air through. Anyone know of somewhere round huddersfield that can glue them back together before i have a go?

The waterproof membrane in my jacket sleeves has worn through where it rubs against the outer shell. I fixed (so far anyway) with tarpaulin repair tape from ebay. You can also get waterproof jacket repair tape / patches, but the tarp tape was cheaper and you get more of it on a roll.
