Unfortunately I'm not offering a link but am instead looking for someone who might know a good place to get it. I'm looking for a slip on for a CBR600rr8 but they are £500+ online it seems.
Spoken to a couple of distributors (local dealerships) who do them a bit cheaper but I was wondering whether anyone knew of anywhere that has a good discount on RRP on this sort of kit (which is extortionate!) |

Unfortunately dealers don't have large margins on some third party suppliers so you won't find alot of movement on price. I've just checked our price and its £589!
If I can help then let me know. |

Have tracked a few before, they come up quite rarely but go for £400+ which isn't a great discount I've new but something. Why are they so bloody expensive when SV cans are like £200!? Even r6 and gsxr cans are a lot cheaper!

Er.....Akrapovic & cheap aren't normally seen together, you want a trendy pipe you'll have to pay.......simple as that.
Cheers Mark.

I know they're not cheap but the price of a CBR slip on is disproportionate to the others in it's class!! (obviously not 848 as they're margin'd up to the hilt it seems)

Amanda is right Ackrapovic deals are hard to come by as their margin it pitiful. The CBR600RR slip ons have a bit more to them than what comes for the SV hence the price, but IMHO I do think they are a little expensive really as their quality isnt any less than say a Scorpian exhaust.

Aye but the scorpion can looks like tat for the CBR! Akra and yoshi are the only ones that really work and the latter isn't road legal

Arrow sounded great on my SRAD.
Leo Vince have a discount on at the moment, not sure whether this applies to h*nda stuff or just SV. But it is 20% for SV so worth a look. You tried beowulf? Their quality is as good as akras I have seen.
