Default Filling grabrail gaps?

Hi All

I think I am right in saying you can buy some plastic "bits" to cover the gaps left by removing the grabrail on a curvy?

Searched for grabrail infill and got zilch - maybe missing some terminology?

Thanks

How on earth do they justify that price?

Ah, there you go.

Seriously though, you could cobble something together yourself - you just need a bit of plastic to fill the gap. I remember seeing on here someone made their own out of a couple of old computer discs. It was maybe on the main site rather than the forum.

I have the banditmania ones. They're not worth the money. The fit isnt great. Make your own if I was you. I intend on doing that

I do not have the means to make my own, so if you ever succeed, I'll have some off you

Could try a few grommets or something similiar!

Then get spray paint made up if you wanted them colour coded.

I dont think grommets would fill the gap properly, if I'm thinking of the same thing.

The rear seat hump thing (its been a long day!) i had supplied with my 99 SV had the infills built in but they still didnt completly fill the gap!

'Rear seat hump thing' will be for sale when i can be bothered to make the effort to start breaking the bike, but its a little tatty, message me if you want some details/pics!!
