I'm back, what's happened?

I hope everyone has behaved themselves and been a good boy or girl while I was on my jollies abroad.

At some point I may divulge what happened while I was away, but it really wasn't that interesting.

Short version - I rode my Versys through France and Italy to Rome Port, got on a ferry to Malta and spent 7 days there sampling the potholed roads and Zunkus' hospitality, then got back on the same ferry and went back to Rome Port and rode home through a variety of countries. I did 3500 miles, went through 13 countries and dropped the bike at a standstill in the docks in Malta. Three days into my stay in Malta a couple of blokes decided to try and steal my bike, but they were sent packing by the hotel security guy before they got any further than trying to push it away (with steering lock and a Thatcham approved chain through the rear wheel and round a post).

All in all I had a wonderful time, but photos are a bit boring cos I mainly got ones of my bike in different countries.
