![]() ![]() ![]() Have just nearly completed the build of a very special SV650 for a good friend of mine. The Suzuki RSV2 700. Built from a brand new SV650SK9 GSXR1000K9 big piston forks with Ohlins internals. Ohlins modified race shock Sigma new spec Slipper Clutch Nova close ratio gearbox Kit race generator Carrillo Rods Wiseco 700cc pistons Head and compression work etc Kent Cams Modified airbox Lightened and balanced crank Interceptor fueling, traction and datalogging HM quickshifter One off exhaust system Performance Fabrications special subframe Performance Fabrications special clock bracket Aprillia Corse factory bodywork Race clip ons Active quick action throttle Valter moto rearsets HRC rear hose kit Lithium battery weighing just 1lb Hel lines Talon sprockets 17 front and 39 rear to suit gearbox - estimated 164mph! 520 non oring lightweight race chain Dymag Carbon wheels with rear to suit 180 rear slick Braking wavey discs Harris filler cap Brembo RCS master cylinder Weigh in at sub 154kgs wet..yet to be dyno'd ![]() Dont ask the total build cost but alot. Finishing touches yet to be applied prior to first race at Snetterton in two weeks! Excuse the image quality but my camera needs a service.
