As above, i'm after a way of firing the shutter on my canon 40D. Don't really want to use a cable system, something infrared etc. Anyone got one they could recommend? Will consider all price ranges, hopefully santa will bring me it instead of the lump of coal i got last year

I think that any ebay wireless remote will work for you, but by all means listen to others who own cannon.

Yeah fair point, they seem to range from 60 to well over 350 quid, just wondered what the main differences are. Was hoping to get some nice snow pics but due to working weekends etc i've missed it all.
