Hey all, having severed some hand tendons a while back, I'm recovered but now struggling to stretch to the Clutch lever on my newly purchased SV650. Does anyone know if there are any modified levers on the market or adjustments I can do to make it easier? Cheers.

Slacken the clutch cable adjuster a bit to bring the lever closer to the handlebar, if you take some care over this you will discover how much slack you can get without compromising the clutch lift so that it drags.
Some have fitted a clutch lever and bracket from another bike, one with an adjustable lever, but this makes no difference, an adjustable lever doesn't do anything clever, it doesn't compress all the lift into a shorter movement, it just sits closer to the handlebar, if the lever is closer to the handlebar when released less cable is pulled, if less cable is pulled the clutch lifts less, but as long as it lifts enough to disengage it's enough.

Thanks Guys, will go with the Clutch adjustment as the first option and see how I get on. I'll stay away from Zorro in future and work hard with the hand excercises in the background.

Thanks a lot. Interesting. You live and learn. First time on site today, first time back on a bike today for about 20 years. The SV's a lot slicker than the RD and TZ Yamahas I used to ride, I'm still grinning like a loon.
