Default Air cooled V twin engines

Need a bit of help; I'm trying to think of as many air cooled V2 bike engines as possible (but not american stuff), preferably of pre-unit design and between 750-1000cc.

Any ideas?

Bit over your 1000cc threshold, but Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO SP.

Mmmmm!

there is a good start.

Also there is a/c 400 + 600 of the ss motor (like hens teeth to find).

This build thread may be of interest

After that maybe small cap 250's

Edit: I think the old africa twins were air cooled

Cheers all.
Looking into a a potential Triton but with a V2 engine.
I have thought about 80's Ducati engines but not too sure if the alignment would be wrong.

Err... What? Neither of them have an V-twin engine you could use, so it couldn't be either a Triton or a Norumph, did you perhaps mean a Norvin?
Not as commonly seen as a Triton, but has been done a number of times.
