Hey,
Replacing an old bulb indicator set on my K100RT (removing fairing, etc.) and want to put on some bright LEDs. I realise this has been discussed before, but could someone point me in the direction of what is required to wire them correctly... Cheers, Tim |

You will need a new relay that works with LED's, the standard one is designed to 'sense' a blown bulb and flash faster so with LED's that use only a fraction of the power they would probably just light up without flashing at all.
Fitting resisters to up the load and keep the standard relay is a bodge IMO and they get pretty hot. |
