Hmm, that has interesting connotations for freedom of speech in the future. I shall be interested in how this develops.
Banned from internet use is quite a thing in the modern age, that seriously limits access to information and services that many would regard as basic rights. I will admit to laughing at quite a few of the nastier jokes that follow celebrity deaths and tragedies though, be it on the joke forum here or Sickipedia itself, but posting them directly to the people effected does seem a little twisted.

I find it a strange thing to be convicted of.
I suppose it is down to what causes offence. Words don't hurt me and I would guess those who run the sites he trolls could delete his rubbish anyway. If it upsets someone because he has posted on a site, I would suggest they get a life.

I think if you read the detail he was posting insensitive and provocative comments on memorial websites. Which is pretty scummy thing to do.
Death can affect people in many different ways. Of all the emotional situations, its the least predictable. Its why its always handled by people in the funeral profession with kitten gloves. Quote:
