Default Watery eyes when riding

It's annoying!

Yesterday was a beautiful day for riding and I made the most of it. Cept same problem as always, visor up for about 30secs at 30mph and my eyes are flooding with tears. And then you gotta flick the stupid shoei plastic visor down which is boll0cks. Visor up is much better than down but my eyes and wind dont seem to mix, lame

Only one with this prob?

Nope, but it beats getting smacked in the eye by a fly, wasp, or bee.
I got stung just under my eye last year while I was riding with my visor up at about 40 mph. It felt like someone had driven a nail into my face it hurt so much when it hit me

Why do you want your visor up

Wear glasses or shades if you really want your visor up, or am I missing something ?

Sod shades. Visor up feels the most free.

Close your eyes, that'll stop them watering

Got a Caberg lid so I can have the visor up and the sunshade down. My wife got hit in the face by a bee once, left a huge mark! But if I don't have my sunshade down I get watery eyes as well.

Visor down steams up. Visor up to clear mist, watery eyes. Just one of those things.

Stop thinking about Michael Jackson when you're riding.

I get this too, but not until about 50-55mph. I use it to my advantage when I have really dry contact lenses, flick the visor up until my eyes are streaming. I've often watched these guys on cruisers with pi$$ pot helmets and wondered how they manage without sunglasses on, but then they don't go more than 50mph anyway.
