Default aftermarket pipe and jets

hello, if i fit an aftermarket exhaust pipe to my sv650 s curvy 2001 model will anything need adjusting carb wise ?

you should be ok just with a new endcan i fitted a delkevic stubby can to my 2000 sv and it run fine
