Anyone got a BMW K1300s... stuff for sale

I'm selling some stuff for my dad:

Wunderlich Premium Paddock Stand... Solid one piece construction





OEM Genuine K1300s Seat.



Both these items are in amazing condition. The seat has never been used as my dad is quite short and had a lowered seat made for him. Its done 0 miles and is in it's box.

The paddock stand was used once but does unfortunately have one small scuff on it. No fault of my dad but he received it like this.

Prices:
The paddock stand retails at £129 plus VAT (£154.80) so I'd like to get him the £129 at least but I am open to sensible offers.

The seat retails at £164.35 plus VAT (£189.00). I realise the seat maybe harder to shift so I'd be happy with £150
