I don't think there is much danger of me doing any dieting on Friday, or any other day for that matter. I guess this means I should head over and show my support for INDD.

Large pizza hut Pepperoni pizza, with garlic stuffed crust, chicken bites starter and a tub of ice cream for pudding, then for my main course i will be having the curry with rice and naan bread, followed by further tub of ice cream and then for pudding i shall have some apple pie and fat free custard

Dammit, bugger and blast it! I was going to toddle along this week as I'm not working Friday night....but now I've agreed to work a Saturday early shift as overtime (those bills have to be paid

).

I may still toddle over briefly for a hello and a hug before turning in for an early night. But then again, my maybe's are....well....

By the way, does anyone have a spare indicator knocking about anywhere? I've managed to get on a free bikesafe course in June, but I'm not sure my gaffer tape concoction would be deemed acceptable by the mets finest

well today ive had a king prawn and smoked slamon salad sarnie on seeded bread, followed by a packet of crisps and 3 KFC crispy strips. Oh and about 5 home made biscottis that one of the guys here brought in to have with many cups of coffee.
Later tonigh at soho i plant o have at least 1 kebab but they is nice so i may end up having 2. Then im sure some of claire's mini rolls will wander past and be sucked in by the imense gravitational pull of my mouth

Just don't be confused if you turn up and there are no SVs there. It's Nero's on Frith Street. If there's a black GSXR750 parked up then you know at least two of us are there already.
