Question Does you MOT tester check wheel alignment?

I couldn't get booked in to my normal MOT place this week so I took it to another tester today and he gave me an advisory because the wheels were just slightly out of alignment.
I didn't realise it was an MOT check to be honest because I've never seen my usual MOT guy checking it. But I'm glad he spotted it so I can now get it perfect. He used the two metal bar method to check it

Oh and I forgot to stick on the rear reflector but he kindly supplied me with one

Yes mine always checks. Infact my brother got an advisory for his wheel alignment but he has a braced eccentric swingarm which can be a bit awkward to adjust.

1 does it with a length of steel angle the other place just eyes it up. Mate races a CBR600RR and it was 3mm out on the adjustment marks. We use a vernier caliper to measure the gaps on the adjustment plates on the RS125 race bikes.
