Power Commander 3 for an sv650 2007 onwards model.

Selling as not being used to its full potential,in great condition.

Looking for £200 including delivery as cost me £273 new.

You'll get no more that £150 for it on eBay. I managed to get a brand new, unused on off there for £70 but most go for £100-£120.

If it's harder to find second hand than the K3 etc version, then it may well command a premium, so ignore my pricing. Forums would be your best bet for a sale as everyone seems to want something for nothin on eBay. You will usually only get good money if a couple or more people get into a bidding war. 99p start with no reserve will usually get the best price but is a little risky. Your selling at the right time too, what with the trackday season upon us.

Sorry if my comments are of little use. If you sell in the right place, at the right time, you could get good money for it, otherwise you probably wont...

You also don't mention if it still has the box, install cd, instructions and battery connector, all of these will help your case.
