Default Is this undertail legal?

Just wondering would this undertail be UK legal because of the indicators setup?

rear indicators must be at least 240mm's apart
to pass an mot
a mate failed his mot due to it being 200mm ,not sure if its the same make but looked similar, you could always email and ask what the spacing is, just dont buy if under 240

As of 1st April 2008.........The precise position and angle of visibility of direction indicators are not part of this inspection, but they must be on each side of the longitudinal axis of a solo machine. If a side car is attached, the indicators must be on opposite sides of the combination.

Is it possible to fit the number plate to this undertail kit? Can't see any mounting points?
