My battery has never been firmly secured since I got a replacement undertray fitted. I've had it secured to that big bracket in front of it with tie-wraps. Ive been meaning to make/buy a proper battery box. Any ideas/advice guys?

Just pack it out with a bit of sticky back foam, available at most petshops for placing under fish tanks.

no, its pretty much resting on the little black tray that rests on the undertray, and its flapping all over the place, without the tie wraps, it would be only held up by the terminals.

A picture would probably be worth even more than a thousand words in this case!

to be honest, a photo wouldn't show much with the battery in place, the part of the black tray under the seat that the battery rests on is itself resting on the replacement undertray which isn't that secure to hold anything securely apart from itself.
