Default AR-weight gain

Over indulgence has managed to gain me 2lbs in weight but considerably lighter on the sterling front.
Possibly due to the copious amount of alcohol and feasting on burgers and rolls at the BBQ plus getting my moneys worth on the full English breakfast.

Have you lost or gained?

I think I lost a bit to be honest, mine felt a tad looser.

I was 0.2 KG lighter this morning than Friday, But then again I didn't have the bacon/eggs for breaky and nearly starved on Saturday waiting for my good lady to bring me a sandwich whilst her/daughter sat down for fish and chips in Skipton.

Stuck to a couple of burger/chicken on Saturday night, health stopped me going for the cake which I am told was nice.

Only one bottle of red and a couple of slugs from the bottles of those nice people who appreciate good whisky kept me away from serious Davepreston beer drinking.

...........and who said they wouldn't eat salad....????????

None left on Sunday morning, no couscous(even though there was a big tub to make more) no cake, no burgers, no chicken, no bratwursts, no sausages!

Just a single can of pop, and maybe a few rolls left.
Someone nice left me some cans of lager, which I'm drinking right now

You counted?
I know two naughty diabetics who tried a little bit of that cake!
You know you need a bit of lard for a BBQ, I was going to go for 100% meat, but it might have frazzled
