Default Bum! :-(

Just took the country stickers off my panniers and managed to remove a chunk of paint where the scratched bit was. Now it looks worse than when I dropped the bike in Marsa docks in Malta

Oh well, a pair of new ready painted pannier covers from Givi is cheaper than getting these two repainted.

No, sorry, not selling them. The panniers have replaceable panels that are painted to match the body colour, so I'll just buy a new set of panels and screw them on instead.

They came off easily and the glue cleaned up well. Under the large RSM sticker were the scratches the pannier got when it fell over in the Maltese dockyard, so I was going to have to do something about that side anyway. I'm just a bit annoyed that the paint came up in chunks as well, but it doesn't look too bad today - maybe I'm just getting less and less precious about the bike as time goes on.
