Default Moto GP Paddock Stands

Hi All

Am in the market for some Paddock stands. Fed up wheeling my bike back and forth just to lube the chain plus i need to give it a service and check a few bits and bobs and finally remove that dam exhaust valve that keeps sticking despite it supposedly being fixed by Suzuki

Are these stands any good?? The seem cheap for the set. Just dont want me bike to fall off

can't comment on those but I can recommend Ricambi Weiss on ebay - a pair for about the same money. HTH

I would get something with hooks and put some bobbins on the bike. So much easier to lift and more secure.

the ricambi weiss ones come with bobbin hooks or flat plates for the swinging arms. Very good value.

My Sv fell off the one with the rubber plates, avoid like the plauge

Get one with hooks at least or invest in an ABBA stand, well worth the moola

I got one of those for Xmas a couple of years ago and it bent the first time I tried to use it.

I think they are poo... I had one for a while, scratched my swing arm on the 600RR and general build quality is rubbish.

Buy a Harris or Abba Stand.

May as well prop your bike up with a stick of butter.

Get these ones. I've got the rear one and a similar headstock lift.

Definitely the way forward. You will need some paddock stand bobbins/ cotton reels but once you got this lot everything will be easier.

You wont need a mate to help you either once you get used to it.
