Default misfiring problems

hi forum,

my bike has been running until i decided to take out my restrictor. the restrictor is located on the throttle and air box. since removing my restrictor my bike keeps misfiring and i cant seem to find the problem.

i have used the bike many times with out the restrictor in and its worked without a problem.

i have double checked the airbox and throttle body fitting with the jublia clips as i suspected air was leaking there causing a problem.

the bike has receieved oil change about 2000 miles ago. although i have a beowolf can on, since taking restrictor out the bike seems ALOT louder, and stalls more then it used to.

i used to be able to role off the clutch from traffic lights with confidence with out much throttle but now i have to put alot more throttle on to stop it stalling.

another weird thing i had noticed is when riding around around 20 mph at low revs the bike would make a clunk noise as if something just wacked the tank from underneither.

got bike in garden now and trying to solve problem but have no idea what it is.

this problem has only occured since removing the throttle bodies and air box. then putting them back on.

i not sure about two hoses that connect to air box on the left hand side if they right way around, does the hose that is nearest the front connect to the front cyclinder to the front hoses connection on the air box?

(appologises on bad spelling)
