I tried to do a search however no no avail. but would muchly appriecate some help.
I brought some new indicators (not LED) however cant seem to make then fit. wiring wise. The standard ones have a connecter inside the seat unit. I cant wiring the new ones uup via the connect as they dont fit. can i cut out this connect and wire them up direct or is that a big no no ??? any advice help ![]() Thanks Murph |

Yep you can. You can strip back the insulation after u cut and twist the wire together, but a better solution is to buy some male and female crimp connectors and wire it up using those. If you want to do this though you will need a crimping tool. Cheap ones are less than £5. Trust me you wont be able to crimp the connectors onto the wire with pliers.
Switch the ignition off before u start cutting wires. |
