Alryt guys just thought I'd get a couple of pictures up. Heres my curvy I bought it a couple of week's ago for the bargain price of £280!
Its a 2001 sv650s in black The guy I got it off had a little off on it and stripped it back to street fighter it and then left it sat for 2 years in a heated garage. The engine runs mint, starts first touch of the button hot or cold and is really quiet. So far i've had to buy all the front fairings, clocks. forks. front brake master cylinder and lever, clutch lever, grips, bar ends, screen, radiator and a couple of other bits and bobs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and a pic of the original damaged forks: ![]() I still need 2 bolts for the front cylinder head engine mount, headlight and a battery then after I put it all together it should be ready to take for an mot. The plan is to get it threw an mot asap then bring it home and strip it back. Get both the wheels powder coated (not picked a colour yet), give the fork bottoms and rear subframe a fresh coat of paint, give the engine a service, change the fork oil and spray the front fairings the original colour the bike should be.
