The legend of early evening TV quizzes has passed away , Bob Holness of "Blockbusters" fame passed away in his sleep this morning , I loved his program as a Yoof and the likes of him will never be on TV again ..... RIP Bob .

Heard on the lunchtime news. Sad that we all get old and eventually snuff it. He seemed to have a quiz show formulae that worked with the youth of the time.

Heard on the news at lunch time. I guess time catches up with us all eventually, and he'd not had a bad innings, but still a sad day.
