Ok so bikes handles fine, everything is as normal and runs great but i hear this 'wind whistle' type noise when i go over 50mph. If i go 90mph it gets a lot worse!
Its the type of noise you get when your visor is slightly open and the wind hits it at an funny angle! My dad knows a lot about bikes, we have checked all the bike fearings. Wheel bearings, chain, brakes (defentally not the brakes) its not my helmet or clothing im wearing. Its not the exhast, not the clutch slipping, not the idle. Anyone have any ideas on what It could be? Its very frustrating! Please help me!!!! ![]() |

How have you ruled out your helmet? It may not be a new helmet, but a vent could've perhaps moved, or something could be out of alignment. Has your dad tried the bike using his helmet and heard the same noise?

Hmmm! That'd bug the hell out of me too mate. Are you sure it's a wind whistling noise (i.e. wind going through a hole etc.) and not a high pitched vibrating noise? Trying my best to guess!
